Why Twitter?

I still remember the first time I heard about Twitter. Steve Boese, my Leveraging Technology professor, was telling us about this cool service that you can use to get help from the industry experts in no more than few hours, or just to check out what other people are doing at that moment. I have to admit, at first I wasn’t much interested because somehow I thought it’s the service primarily intended for the phone use and, in addition to that I did not want to create one more profile for nothing. So I forgot all about it until I started seeing articles about Twitter all over the Internet. My curiosity won and I finally created the profile. Guess who was my first person to follow? It was SteveBoese of course – the man who introduced Twitter to my classmates and me and who helped me understand many benefits of its use.
